• Children under the age of 14 are not allowed to travel alone without an adult companion
• In case the desired departure time is 00:00, 00:01, 00:02, 00:30 or 00:31, it should be noted that this is the start of the selected date. Example: If you want to travel on 01.07 vs. 02.07 at midnight, you should buy your ticket for 02.07 - 00:00, 00:01, 00:02, 00:30 or 00:31 .
• Employees issuing passenger tickets may refuse to issue a ticket with a discount if no supporting document is presented.
• When a ticket is purchased online with a discount, company employees may require the customer to present a document for the discount used.
• Tickets purchased through the online system must be presented for verification on paper or on electronic device (on the screen of a mobile phone, tablet).
• Your discount will be charged after entering customer card number, voucher or promo code in the indicated field, name and seat selection on the bus.
• In this step of online ticket purchase, you see the difference between "Standard" and "Dynamic" price. The system automatically selects the price with a bigger discount, which is more profitable for you. Discounts are charged on top of the "Standard" price.
• Discounts do not stack or combine.
• When buying a round-trip ticket for travel in Bulgaria, you get a 10% discount from the standard price. This discount cannot be combined with another one. If you have a card, voucher or promo code that entitles you to a higher discount, enter it in the appropriate field and the higher percentage will be applied.
