Dear passengers, as of 01.04.2026, changes are being introduced to the General Terms and Conditions for travel in Bulgaria.
In case of cancellation of a ticket up to 72 hours before departure from the respective stop, the Carrier refunds the Customer 100% of the ticket price.
In case of cancellation of a ticket from 72 hours to 24 hours before departure from the respective stop, the Carrier refunds the Customer 50% of the ticket price.
In case of cancellation requested less than 24 hours before departure from the respective stop, the Carrier does not refund the Customer the ticket price.
