Dear customers, we are starting 2024 with confidence and plans to expand the scope of our services and improve their quality. For more than 30 years we have been traveling together in Bulgaria and Europe. We value your opinion and strive to work at your pace. That is why we offer you our new customer card with a progressive discount. With it you get a 10% discount from the standard price for travel in Bulgaria and Europe. The card issue date marks the beginning of a 6-month period in which you can progressively increase your discount up to 30%. After each trip, you will automatically receive a survey to the e-mail address that you provided when activating the card. After filling out and submitting the first survey, your discount will increase to 20%. On your next trip, you will receive a follow-up survey, the completion of which will increase your discount to 30%. The progressive discounts of 20% and 30% are valid for a period of 6 months starting with the issuance of the card. After the expiration of this period, the discount is restarted, i.e. returns to the original 10% level. Client cards are valid for travel in Bulgaria and Europe. You can request a customer card at any of the Union Ivkoni offices or online on our website.

Any loyalty cards you hold will be reissued so you can take advantage of the best travel deals we offer. Visit our office or submit a request for a new customer card on our site.

The discount from your customer card is valid only for the purchase of bus tickets and does not apply to the other services that our company offers. They cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers.

Customer cards are registered and non-transferable. In case of speculation with the use of the card, it will be deactivated. Only one ticket for a specific destination, day and time can be purchased with this card. The total number of your journeys is unlimited for the period of validity of the card.

If you apply for your card online, you will receive a confirmation e-mail which contains your card number. In this case, a plastic card will not be issued. It is necessary to save the e-mail received from us and use the number of your card at any of our office or when purchasing tickets online.

Note: The card is not valid for ticket purchase from the bus driver.

To ensure the best prices for the transport service we offer, we work with dynamic prices for international journeys, which depend on the bus occupancy, the date of travel and other factors that determine the price. As a result of your ticket search you see the standard price and the dynamic price of the trip, the parameters of which you have set. All discounts (from cards, vouchers, promo codes) are accumulated on the standard price of the ticket. If the dynamic price provides you with a greater discount than the one you have from a card, voucher or promo code, the system will apply the price that gives you a greater advantage, i.e. lowest price possible.

The issuer of the client card is Union Ivkoni and the card is valid for all lines of Union Ivkoni, Grup Plus, Etap Adress and UniBus.

The General terms and conditions valid for the use of the customer card are published on www.union-ivkoni.com. With the application for the current card, the cardholder agrees to them. There may be changes to the General Terms and Conditions before the card expires. All changes take effect immediately and apply to all cards regardless of their validity period.
